This helicopter is a
product of Exceed-RC. You will find the transmitter to
look exactly the same as the Walkera transmitter. The
only difference between the Raptor G2 and the Z400
Walkera Dragonfly #36 is the funky yellow colour scheme
of the Raptor G2. The Raptor G2 in my opinion is not a
helicopter for someone to start with. I will rate the
Raptor G2 as a intermediate helicopter and if you have
previous flying experience, you will enjoy this little
yellow beast.
The Raptor G2 also known as the Walkera Z400 Dragonfly
#36, is ready to fly out of the box within minutes.
Everything needed to fly is included and installed such
as a battery pack, brush motor, electronics and 6
channel transmitter.
All that is needed are 8 "AA" batteries for the
transmitter. Each Raptor G2 is test-flown at the factory
to ensure precise performance and control which makes
the Raptor G2 truly ready to fly right out from the box.
The Raptor G2 offers collective pitch control that makes
it 3D capable. It has a belt driven tail rotor system,
so no need to worry about burning tail motors. I found
that the original main rotor blades to be good, but I
have upgraded mine to the carbon fiber blades. With the
650 mAh Ni-Mh 12V battery and brush motor, you’ll get
about 5 minutes flight time.
I have upgraded to the Walkera brushless motor and Li-Po
battery. With the brushless upgrade you will get 10
minutes flight time.
Reason to buy the
Raptor G2
It’s a good-looking
helicopter.
Powerful when you upgrade with the Walkera brushless
motor.
Tail rotor driven by belt transmission system.
The Raptor G2 is 3D capable.
Very effective tail gyro which can be adjusted to suite
your flying skills.
Spare parts are easily obtainable.
The Z400 Walkera #36 spare parts are compatible with the
Raptor G2.

playing cameraman.
